We pop up. Socials are the timetable.

There's no set day and no fixed spot. We run pop-ups around Mudgee and the surrounding region, and where the van lands changes week to week. Every one goes up on Instagram and Facebook first, so that's worth a look before you head out.

Our story

Meet Amy & Chris.

We're Amy and Chris, Mudgee locals who grew up here, are raising our family here, and noticed one very important thing was missing… a dessert truck.

So, we decided to start one ourselves.

That's how Drizzle & Crunch came to life.

It's a small family business run from one van, and most weekends you'll find our two kids right there with us, taking orders, working the register and being part of it all. We love that they get to see what goes into building something of your own, and hopefully grow up pretty proud of what we've created together.

From stick waffles and strawberry cups to soft serve and açaí bowls, everything is made fresh to order at the window.

But Drizzle & Crunch is really about more than dessert. Mudgee is home. Most weekends, the people walking up to our window are familiar faces, friends, local families and people we've known for years.

And that's probably our favourite part of it.

Weddings & private events

Bring Drizzle & Crunch to your event.

Our dessert van comes to you, fully staffed, self-powered and ready to serve. From weddings and birthdays to school fêtes, sporting events and Christmas parties, we'll set up, serve your guests and take care of the pack-down when we're done. If there's room for the van, we can bring dessert.

Dessert bar packages are priced per head, built off the shop menu: cones, sundaes, waffles, açaí or strawberry cups. Every quote is put together for the job, so it comes down to guest numbers, your date and what day it falls on, how late you want us serving, and how far out you are.
